The Virgin Mary in the centre, the body of Christ in her lap. Maria Magdalene to her left, John on her right. A rocky landscape in the background. Mounted on an old pedestal covered in red velvet. Dimensions of the picture panel 48.5 x 47 cm, total height 59 cm. Condition: II - III Condition Report: Noticeable signs of age. The base plate incomplete at the top edge. Christ's left hand has broken away. The thumb of the right hand and several toes on the right foot have been lost. Maria Magdalene's hands are possibly replacements. Worm damage. The paint heavily rubbed, peeled off in places. Condition: II - III Relieftafel mit Darstellung der Beweinung Christi, flämisch, spätes 15. Jhdt. Stark plastisch geschnitztes Relief aus Eichenholz mit originaler farbiger Fassung. Im Zentrum Maria, auf ihrem Schoß der Leichnam Christi. Links von ihr Maria Magdalena, an ihrer rechten Seite Johannes. Hintergrund mit Felsstruktur. Auf altem, mit rotem Samt bezogenem Sockel montiert. Maße der Bildplatte 48,5 x 47 cm, Gesamthöhe 59 cm. Zustand: II - III Condition Report: Deutliche Altersspuren. Die Grundplatte am oberen Rand unvollständig. Die linke Hand Christi fehlt. Der Daumen der rechten Hand, ebenso wie einige Zehen des rechten Fußes verloren. Die Hände der Maria Magdalena eventuell ergänzt. Wurmschäden. Die Fassung stark berieben, stellenweise verloren.
