A Japanese Satsuma ware bowl, Meiji period (1868-1912), by Kinkozan, heavily potted of lobed circular form, painted with figures in a watery landscape with ducks on a lake, surrounded by wisteria, the border with scrolls, Kinkozan seal mark to base in gilt, 19cm diameter, and two saucers, painted with cherry blossoms or chrysanthemum, Oguri su zo mark to base, 12.8cm diameter (3) Condition report: Bowl - interior enamel badly lost with water stains, exterior with surface scratches and enamel losses, foot rim chipped. Saucers - No obvious fault.
