提要：缪仲醇（1546-1627），名希雍，字仲醇，明代名医。出生于江苏常熟辛巷书香门第。邑人王应奎《柳南随笔》称：“仲醇名希雍，本吾邑甲族，重气节，娴经济，为一时豪士，不特精于岐黄术也。邑乘列之方伎，未免掩其为人矣”。另有文献记载，缪氏为明代东林党人。为人爽直，嫉恶如仇，议论朝政，抨击宦官。著有《神农本草经疏》等传世。
