瓶撇口，长颈，溜肩，鼓腹，腹下渐收至胫外张，圈足。瓶身通体以白釉为底，以青花绘饰。口沿下方青花饰两道弦纹，颈部饰竹叶纹点缀。腹部主题为山水人物故事图，远景巍峨群山，层峦迭嶂。中景为清河之上，渔人泛舟，盘坐垂钓，悠然惬意。近景绿树掩映，松柏嶙峋，山脚下几间茅屋临水架设。整器青花发色纯正典雅，人物刻画细致生动，山水架构层次丰富，意境深远。底书“大清康熙年制”款。胫足处有一条约5cm的冲线。
