A RUSSIAN GILT SILVER AND CLOISONNE ENAMEL DISH, MAKER ANTIP KUZMICHEV, MOSCOW, 1891 oval, the interior decorated overall in Pan-Slavic taste with floral motifs against a filigree ground, the exterior decorated along the rim, the front monogrammed CL in Latin, marked underneath with 88 standard, date and effaced assayer's mark, partly effaced maker's mark AK in Cyrillic for Antip Kuzmichev, scratched inventory numbers 681 2426; overall dimesnions: 3 (h) x 13 (l) x 10.7 (w) cm (1 1/8 x 5 1/8 x 4 1/4 in.), weight: 178 g (6.28 oz) CONDITION The dish appears in good original condition.
