痴志斋旧藏此印为白玉质，细腻温润，经过提油，呈黄褐色。形制方正，上圆雕龟纽。龟匍匐状，四足撑地，龟首上扬，阴刻小圆目，龟甲上浅刻纹路，皆清晰可辨。整体造型古朴，秀丽端方，刀法简洁娴熟，遒劲有力。印座四面光素，印面阴刻印文：“兰有秀兮菊有芳”。
