A Chinese jade carved waterpot beast figure on wooden stand. Carved from a single block of jade the beast rests on all four legs and raises its head upwards. A 17/8" (4.7 cm) deep hole carved in the back of the beast for water. Design with spiral motif for tail and all four legs. Accompanied by a four legged wooden platform.
