白玉玉料，器表附著黑褐色沁，玉質縝密細膩，帶光澤。俯視呈長方形，側視呈拱形，兩邊卷起，下方一長方型穿孔。劍璲上以浮雕技法琢刻兩螭龍，形態略異，對視戲耍，張口生動。螭身修長矯健，彎頸曲腰，肌肉飽滿，四足撐起富有張力，螭尾長長卷起，線條流暢自然。 劍璲是鑲嵌於劍鞘上，供穿帶珮繫之用。漢代劍璲體積略大於戰國時期，多見以螭紋裝飾。本件漢代白玉浮雕螭紋劍璲，玉質極佳，透光潤澤，螭龍刻畫栩栩如生，充滿力度，時代風格鮮明
