青玉玉料，受沁呈白色。器作錐形，一端為尖狀，一端琢短榫，榫上對鑽小孔。錐形體上細琢凸橫紋、浮雕橢圓形紋，再以深切陰刻線鑿出兩橫切線，中間以細紋琢刻平行線。 良渚文化錐形器目前發現約百餘件，紋飾從光素無紋到雕飾繁複皆可見。本件紋飾特殊，運用陰線與浮雕技法將線條呈現的若隱若現，帶有神祕之感。
