钤印：名山（朱文）、癸卯进士（白文）|款识：有林贤甥属书，振锽名山。 |释文：平生不解白马论，要当搥碎黄鹤楼。||说明：有林上款。王有林（1900～1989），江苏常州人。解放前开设华纶染织厂，解放后并入第七印染厂，任副科长。擅搜集、鉴赏历代书画。亦是著名诗人谢玉岑的表弟。六七十年来，他珍藏了宋拓张从申玄静碑册、宋拓清华寺碑、元杨维帧行书诗轴、明仇英人物山水轴、明徐瑞本山水轴、徐渭画册等400余件。
