纸镇是文房雅玩之一，可做陈设、笔架、镇纸之用。此纸镇为碧玉玉质，质地细腻温润，包浆老道。作瑞兽造型，瑞兽呈俯卧状，尾内卷，圆目，口微张，耳背后，作侧首状，形象生动。雕刻技法娴熟精湛，刻出出棱以凸出脊背，造型把握极佳。此器即可为镇，亦可于掌心把玩，一器多用，实为佳品。参照首都博物馆狮子纸镇
