Multi-gemstone Flower Study--"Woodland Berries and Flowers"


A Russian flower study of very fine quality, consisting of six stems of flowers all of which are removable from the optically clear natural rock crystal vase. The berries are carved of the following Russian minerals: 7 of smoky quartz, 3 of Rhodonite and 2 of pale green Nephrite. Additionally, there are 4 rock crystal flowers with a frosted finish having diamond accents to the centers. There are also 5 golden buds and 18 nephrite leaves. The piece is copiously mounted with stems of 18K yellow gold as well as a base of 18K inset with cabochons of green and yellow smalta, a type of enamel developed by Fabergé, height 5 1/2 in
