Chinese Ming Wucai plate. Having shallow vessel, rounded cavetto from the board wide central interior. Decorated with pale color filling, depicted an immortal figure seated in the waterside amidst meandering clouds framed with fine red rings. On mouth rim banded with double red rings and red scratch lines around the masterful hand painted scenery. Mark on base, a vertical underglazed red script -KaiShu- characters mark, enclosed within a double fine rings. Dimensions: 1-7/8" H x 9-1/8" Diam. Stand: 5-1/8" H
