Extraordinary Chinese Qing Dynasty JiaJing Emperor Reign, a fine antique Chinese bronze censer raised on three conical legs. Round globular body fashioned with two Fu Dog mask handles emerging from the shoulder region, beneath the repeating key fret pattern ribbon. The exterior carved in reliefs of vigorous foo-dog enclosed within floral motif shaped and two round stack of lotus flower series like a necklace. The dome lid decorated with the characteristically bronze finial handle with elaborate carving of foo-dog in the center top interspersed by dense of JiaJing Emperor Reign motif. Mark on base, embossed four underglazed blue script -KaiShu- characters reign mark enclosed within double square borders, JiaQing Reign Period. Dimensions: 4-1/2" H x 4-1/4" W
