Chinese YongZheng porcelain rounded shoulders converging into a short wide neck, with a slightly concave foot base. Painted around the exterior in bright shades of red and black carps a swimming among green water plant in a pond. The clay is fine and exquisite, the glaze smooth, brilliant with a moist appearance. Mark on base, a vertical six underglazed blue script -KaiShu- characters mark, enclosed within a double fine rings, YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
