Of elegant baluster-form, with rounded shoulders rising from the splayed foot, sweeping to a short waisted neck with an undulating foliate lip, the body carved with bold lotus blossoms between a collar of lappets at the shoulder and a wide band of upright leaves above the foot, covered overall with an ivory-white glaze splashed with russet colored circular spots, the neck and mouth rim coated with a russet glaze, the partially glazed foot reveals the dense white stoneware. {Height: 11 3/4 inches (30 cm)}.
