赏析：和阗白玉质地，玉色洁白温润。圆雕一马卧伏回首，马之臀部攀伏一灵猴，作昂首仰望状。《礼记·王制》有：“王者之制禄爵，公、侯、伯、子、男。”侯为五等爵位之第二位。故而古代人们将马和猴作为吉祥图案，谐音马上拜将封侯，是明清时期追求功名的象征。此件形体较大，雕刻灵动，为文人案头赏玩佳器。
