整器葫芦形，铜胎，整器掐丝工艺，瓶身雕“大吉”二字。“葫芦”名与“福禄”谐音，且器形像“吉”字，故又名“大吉瓶”，寓意大吉大利。整器造型美雅之中显出高贵，口沿及底足鎏金，整器的主题纹饰为缠枝莲托大吉纹，画面上莲花枝繁叶茂，呈缠枝花状，满布器身，镶玉大吉处于两朵莲花的中间，造型优美多姿。整件器物，掐丝线条流畅，古风荡荡，实属不易，据造型风格推断，应为清中期宫廷造办处产品。
