观音呈立姿，发束高髻，戴缯冠，缯带自然的垂落身体两侧。五官紧凑，双目微垂，似俯视芸芸众生。袒上身，下身着裙，衣褶自然，肩宽细腰，颈饰项圈，上身环饰璎珞，衣纹简洁写实，线条流畅，左手高举于身侧，手托摩尼宝，右手持莲枝自然下垂于体侧。跣双足立于仰覆莲座上，莲座下生枝蔓，愈显莲台高耸。整体造像姿态优美，轻盈，是此一时期最为流行的式样。此尊首后有方榫，莲座下为接驳，当为组像之嵌饰部分。
