A Chinese Export Part Dinner Service The tureen with plain handles and a domed cover decorated with a lotus in full bloom and prunus, below a band of flowers in a terraced garden alternating with ruyi-heads at the rim, the cover similarly decorated with a closed flower head finial on a stem, remains of gilt on handles and finial, the plates similarly decorated and unusually decorated on the back rims. Comprising: A soup tureen and cover, six soup plates, six dinner plates, six dessert plates, a dish and a bowl. Period: Qianlong (1736‑1795). Length: 30 cm (tureen), Diameter: 22.5 and 28 cm (plates).
