A Chinese Famille Verte Bowl Of oval form with foliate rim and moulded sides, decorated in famille verte enamels, the centre painted with two birds and a prunus branch, surrounded by floral sprays, the rim with a fine band of bamboo and prunus against a green speckled ground, the reverse rim with a band of spiral-work in red and four peony sprays, the base glazed.
