Five Chinese Teabowls Of circular section and raised on a short foot, the sides rising to a flared mouth rim, each enameled to the exterior in famillle rose enamels and decorated with the Buddhist emblems including the Dharma Wheel, the Elephant, and Jewels, each emblem set within a leaf-shaped panel and supported on a lotus blossom above stylized waves and rocks, set and below a band of tasselled lappets, both the rim and foot with a band of shou characters separated by Buddhist emblems, the interior with a single lotus, the base with the Baragan Tumed mark in Mongolian script. Period: Probably Daoguang (1821‑1850). Diameter: 10.5 cm.
