Sime's 2004/05 'Min Neber?' exhibition at the Italian Cultural Institue in Addis Ababa was his first solo show. Here the artist displayed works in response to the spiritual practices of the ethnic groups from province of Gurage . The stitches on his canvasses were smaller than in his previous exhibitions and new media such as bottle caps were introduced.
