|说明：牌呈正方板片状，取材厚实，选用上等和阗籽玉雕琢，玉质洁白凝润且光洁无瑕，予人柔美的视觉观感。两面雕工，正面额首浮雕对头双凤鸟，下起阳线边框，边框内减地一层，平整的地子上，复以压地隐起技法，浅浮雕“携琴访友图”。图中老者面容慈爱，长须宽袍，仙风道骨，身后童子头扎双髻，怀抱古琴，画面和谐生动。背面开光内琢填“子冈”款楷书诗文，诗曰：“高才脱略名与利，日夕望君抱琴至。”诗文结体行笔流畅，颇具笔墨韵致。
