此炉唇口，斜壁，下呈蹄型三足，配银制网状炉盖。通体施青釉，釉色莹洁如玉，积釉处泛青黄色。炉外壁浮雕折枝花卉纹，口沿及近足处以弦纹呼应装饰，抚时有表面起伏如波之感。此香炉刀法纯熟，剔花挑骨，花开叶卷，枝蔓婉转，观之不厌。整器造型端庄规整，胎体厚重精细，釉质葱翠欲滴，釉色滋润莹洁，纹饰舒展流畅，制作工艺精湛，为明代龙泉窑青瓷中艺术珍品。
