此件玉赏瓶选用大块和阗青白玉精雕而成，玉质温润细腻，局部有褐色斑。玉瓶主体为偏瓶，方钮，覆斗形盖，束颈，方肩，弧腹，方圈足。瓶体棱角分明，线条犀利，肩饰镂空S形双耳。器体外壁高浮雕石峦，局部镂空。左右两侧各立体圆雕一龙一凤，龙体蜿蜒遒劲，蟠曲于瓶壁，四足有力，长尾翻卷。凤立于巨石之上，口衔牡丹，侧颈凝视。周饰火珠、云纹、灵芝等。整器形体较大，包浆温润，光泽柔和，雕工精湛细腻，刀法流畅老辣，具有鲜明的清中期玉雕风格。
