唇口，高直颈，丰肩，弧腹，下腹弧收，平底，浅圈足。胎体浑厚，制作规整，造型圆润，上腹饱满。通体施白釉，微泛淡青。外壁饰青花五彩纹饰，颈、肩部各有花卉纹边饰带一道，分为缠枝莲纹、锦地花卉纹。腹部为主题纹饰，纹样为博古花卉纹，方形觚、圆形尊等，其内分置茶花、牡丹、莲花等花枝，间以湖石，其上花盆内栽植水仙、石榴等花果，布满一周。图案以釉下青花、釉上五彩绘制而成，蓝、红、绿、墨等色辉映交织，清新明快中不失古意。
