宋代风格。白玉质，周身有沁，镂雕一只凤鸟展翅飞翔，长尾上飘，凤鸟背上圆雕观音。观音端坐，神情端详。刻工以阴线刻画凤鸟羽翼及观音衣饰，背面光素无纹。整体雕琢层次分明，质感强。此玉饰构思巧妙，题材稀见，治玉技艺高超，集合了镂雕、阴刻、浮雕等工艺。立体感强，玲珑剔透，具有宋代琢玉风格，区别于常见的宋代片状玉饰。
