直径：8cm
撇口，圆腹，圈足，器制薄润。杯体甚小，口径仅8cm。外壁对绘栀子花、菊花一组，绘笔恣肆。此类小杯彼时多联合托盘使用，可能主要来饮用元代开始大规模流行的高度烧酒--阿剌吉酒。比较一例花口小杯，口径7.5cm，器形、纹饰与本品相类，然口做葵花样式。1985年出土于青州市粮油中转储备库，与其同出者尚有青花龙纹玉壶春、青花瑞鹿托盘各一件，应属组合使用。口沿微有小飞皮。
