|此像为牛头人身形象，头戴骷髅冠，顶竖象征忿怒的红发，头的两侧各有一牛角。牛面三目圆睁，嘴部前凸，形象生动逼真，项挂五十人骷髅长链，有连珠式璎珞及钏镯装饰。右脚踩牛头，左脚踩牛尾，表示对阎罗王的降伏。牛匍匐在单层覆莲座上，背饰连珠式璎珞，身下压着仰卧外道，形象生动。用捶揲法制成，胎体较薄，应为内蒙古多伦制作。整体造型准确大方，姿势孔武有力，装饰繁复，做工精细，是清代造像中的精品。
