A Nepalese gilt bronze figure of Avalokiteshvara Shadakshari. 18th century Seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base, his principal hands folded in front of his chest, the other two raised to the shoulder holding a mala and a lotus blossom, clad in a dhoti and adorned with various jewellery, backed by a nimbus and a large floral aureole.
