The canvas tension is adequate, there are a few minor undulations across the painting. The paint layer is in a stable condition, There is a scuff to the paint layer in the area of the water. There are scattered retouchings, mainly located along the lower edge and around the signature. The varnish is clear, even and glossy. Slightly loose in its frame. Slight damage to the frame along the top.
