Condition report: Oil on canvas which has been lined. The canvas has old tears which have been secured through lining. There are localised areas of raised and flaking paint with scattered losses. Areas of retouching have become dark and mismatched to the surrounding paint layer. The varnish is matte and slightly yellowed with a thick layer of dust on the surface. The frame has small losses and chips to the gilding.
