A 19th century, Louis XV style, floral marquetry bureau de dame type desk, with gilt metal mounts, the superstructure with a small central mirror, above a drawer and flanked on each side by a small glazed door, enclosing a plush-lined interior, over a fall, enclosing a fitted interior with a well, on cabriole legs, with pierced foliate mounts on the knees and terminating in sabots, with key, 88cm wide x 54cm deep x 140cm high Condition report: Faded. Small chips including apron, legs and sides, but also the top edge of the fall in three places, including a 6cm length. Plush-lining faded and right interior very worn and torn.
