An Arts & Crafts copper, brass and wrought iron tea kettle, stand and spirit heater c.1900, stamped 'Patent' under burner The copper kettle with embossed foliate decoration, having and overhead ebonised wood and brass handle and sits in a hooped and hinged support for easy pouring, the copper burner below, with a black painted wrought iron frame and supports, 46.5cm high (4) Provenance: Sheldon Shapiro & Co, 15th March 2017 Kettle cover sticks a bit. Interior aged and marked. Hoop hinge works well. The spirit holder and cover has a wick but looks to be the wrong one. Painted frame/support show signs of acceptable wear. Overall there is general wear, some old marks, small indentations and abrasions in keeping with age and some use.
