此件铜鎏金佛塔由台座，塔基座，塔身和塔刹四部分组成。台座为方形须弥座，边墙上有浅浮雕纹饰。中部四面饰对狮和摩尼宝珠，边缘装饰莲花。塔基座四层方台，上有覆体形塔身，正中开一欢门，内有佛窝，塔身之上十三级无相轮。塔刹顶端为伞盖，上依次月牙和日月二件。整座佛塔制作精良，造型规整，胎体厚重，鎏金饱满，十分精美。
