Condition report: In overall good condition, with some surface soiling in the sky along the top outer edge (very locally). We also note some flaking at upper center left, above the street lamp. Examination under UV reveals some drippy, greenish varnish throughout the composition. We notice a small repair at bottom left, to the left of the striped figure.
