A gold sapphire, diamond and enamel cigarette case, of hinged, oval rectangular form. Pin stripe white champlevé enamel decoration, between gold bands, with an oval sapphire and diamond cluster plaque to one end. Raised bands of baguette cut sapphires, milligrain set to each end, and on both sides of the case, with a push piece composed of a pair of square cut diamonds with a triangular sapphire at each end. Tested as approximately 18ct gold and platinum. 84 x 42 x 24mm approximately, 84.59g Condition report: Possibly had a chain handle at the sapphire and diamond cluster end. Abrasion to the sapphire in the bands. Scratches and marks consistent with its age. Monogram deficient - four pin holes to the top cover. No chips to the enamel but wear, scratches. Possible work to the cluster end.
