BLUE-AND-WHITE VASE W.38cm H.58cm Description: The interior is covered with white glaze, and the exterior blue-and-white decoration is a multi-layered primary and secondary composition, from the mouth to the bottom in the order of:flower and leaf pattern, entwined lotus pattern, entwined lotus pattern, seawater and cliff pattern and lotus petal pattern. The ear is also decorated with a wave pattern. The flowering branches are entwined and beautifully painted, with clear lines and rich layers of blue and white, and easy and flexible brushstrokes.It is a masterpiece to draw such complex patterns by hand with ease. The glaze surface is flat and smooth, with a strong texture of glass, and the color of the blue and white is rich but not dazzling, and it is not stagnant. The use of blue method of color, is imitating the effect of crystalline spot of Yongxuan Suma, so the decoration has the difference of depth and shallow, appropriate intensity and light, clear layer. The inner foot is shallow.
