FAMILLE ROSE GLOBULAR VASE Diam.23cm H.37cm Description: The bottle has a round mouth, straight neck, round belly, and fake ring foot. The shape is typical of globular vase of Qing Dynasty III . The vessel is solid and thick, and is generally used as a furnishing. The base is white with a slight greenish tinge, rich and moist.The whole body is decorated with famile rose , and Yongzheng famile rose is the most accomplished of the Qing dynasty famile rose, which is elegant and exquisite. It painted with patterns of several peach branches stretching out to all sides and nine peaches, full and strong, symbolizing longevity. The peach blossoms are in full bloom, the buds are sprouting, and the butterflies are flying, echoing dynamic and static. Peach leaves are green with shallow and deep color,with a strong three-dimensional sense. The black and brown colors of the branches reach upward and to the sides forcefully, building up the whole picture.The colors used in this painting are very even and elegant, and although the colors are heavy, there is no sense of abruptness.The peach is formed by the gradual transition of yellow, orange and red, and the texture is prominent.
