Potted in shallow vessel form, thick and deep, square body, wide central interior, gently tapering to open square mouth lip with emerging rectangles petals, raised with four short elephant legs. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against wucai design color, depicted of many flying cranes through vapors, scrolling ruyi and auspicious pattern. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years LongQing Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
