The plate has a broad wide central interior, thick and round lip, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white color which contrast against famille rose design color, depicted of two elders talking relax seating on the grass and in the sampan boat, surrounded with dense tree and lishui rivers. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under base bears a reign mark, a one under glazed red script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Wangi Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
