PROVENANCE: From Farragut, TN Private Collector. Dimensions: Heigth: 4 cm, Diameter: 18.2 cm Chinese Ming Dynasty XuanDe Blue and White Porcelain Plate. The plate has a broad wide central interior, thick and flori round lip, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of Ruyi shaped large pendants filled by scrolling clouds motif surrounded with eight auspicious ornament. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within fine blue ring line. Made in The Years XuanDe Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
