A mid-20th century Iranian (Persian) silver rose bowl, Isfahan circa 1950 Pahlavi dynasty, of compressed circular form with an everted notched rim, all upon three ball feet. The body with repousse panels, with chased monabbat-kari decoration of peonies within arabesques, reserved with textured decoration. The panel edged with rosette bands also all below a rosette band. Marked underneath with a standard mark (۸۴) and marked sefareshi سفارشی (custom made). Diameter – 17 cm / 6.75 inches Weight – 384 grams / 12.35 ozt
