An early 20th century German silver snuff box, probably Hanau circa 1910 Of oval form with a hinged lid with embossed decoration of a crown with ribbon above and open wreath enclosing three oval portrait miniatures on ivory of a gentleman, a lady, and a young man all in 18th century attire, glazed. The lid edged with colourful collet set pastes. The sides with flat chased decoration of ribbon tied vacant cartouches and pendant swags. Stamped underneath 930 only.
