A Victorian sterling silver tea caddy, London 1853 by Robert Hennell III Of inverted bombe form upon three open work cast shell scroll feet. The domed hinged lid surmounted by a cast amorphous finial. The upper section with finely chased strap work arabesques and scrolls against a textured ground, leading to an applied beaded band.
