此碗敞口，腹壁斜直，碗外部光素无纹，只见近口沿处一道弦纹，内壁刻花，一周弦纹下刻水波荷花纹，内底心划出花卉纹。刻划花刀锋犀利、潇洒，深浅有致。通体施青釉，釉色青中闪黄，露胎处略泛红褐色。花纹清晰，浓淡相间，纹样微凸，具有很好的视觉效果，该碗当为耀州窑鼎盛时期之作，代表耀州窑刻花青瓷烧造的水平。
