此瓶盘口，花型口沿，短颈，丰肩，斜腹渐收，底部连座，造型奇特。器身镂空，采用工艺类似玉器的镂雕工艺。器身分饰三层，第一部分为卷草纹，与第二部分的花卉纹相互呼应，使画面整体更为和谐自然，第三部分为六边形装饰，作辅助纹饰搭配。外瓶镂空实则是为内瓶铺垫，本品设计类似清代的转心瓶，虽本品的内瓶不可转动，但此瓶的烧造时间早于清朝数百年，其烧造的难度与成本不可估量。
