由盖盒和盖身子母口上下相扣，扣合紧密。香盒施青釉，釉色隐约神秘，接近秘色。盖面微隆，饰以划花莲纹，刀工犀利，划花流畅。盖身素雅，平底，底面有支烧痕，制作讲究，为越窑典范。本品尺寸虽小，但造型精致可爱，釉质细腻莹润，所刻画的纹饰淡雅秀丽，无多余赘饰，在古时候应是有高深学识的大家为其闺秀所定制之物。本品岁已经历经千百年的沧桑，可身上所散发出的文艺与宁静之气息，依旧让人为之称道。
