太白尊为康熙御窑典型器物，因造型酷似李白饮酒之尊而得名，属文房花器。《饮流斋说瓷》亦载：“此等尊无巨大者，通体不过数寸耳，以豇豆红色或带苹果绿、苹果青色为多，腹有三团螭暗花，乃浅凹雕也，除康窑外历朝甚罕仿制，故价值之昂等于拱璧。”
拍品造型端庄，胎质润白坚致。外壁满施豇豆红釉，釉色沉稳柔静，变幻自然。腹部暗刻三组团螭纹，纹饰细腻，线条流畅，为御制文房隽品。
